Sessions

Sessions are live 1-on-1 screen-sharing calls with independent, vetted experts. You stay in control of your screen at all times.

Payments and refunds

Prices include a non-refundable OnScreenHelp service fee. You get a full refund if your expert cancels, if an Expert Ask answer misses its deadline, or under your first-session guarantee. If you cancel, you are refunded minus the service fee.

Your account

Your purchases belong to your account and appear in My Sessions.
